Will it charge my phone?

Built-in USB-C, Lightning and Micro-USB cables. Choose the connector that fits your phone.

What will it cost?

Pricing is set by the venue. Check the rate before renting; a sponsor may cover charging at some locations.

How do I know it’s returned?

Dock the power bank at an OctiVault station and check that the rental has ended in the app. If it stays active, contact support.
